My visit to the hotel was primarily for a leisure trip to explore the vibrant surroundings of Paulista Avenue. I was pleased with all aspects of my stay, but I was particularly impressed by the comfort and amenities of the room, specifically the air conditioning that ensured a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable.
